Toshiba EX500

Can anybody help me with a Toshiba EX500, i need a step by step instructions on how to upload the program from the processor.My customer has the software and lead.Any help would be great i am not used to the doss based programs.

My memory is getting bad but i think its the expdd software, try this link for the manual.

I had to "Right Click" on the icon then "Save As" to go straight to the download.. If I "Left Click", it wanted me to sign in or register. Thanks for the link.
