Help me please,
I trying to design the programs PLC from Siemens step7
I wnat to control auto alternate 3 water pumps,by timer setting. from step ( Run 2 Pumps and Standby 1 Pump)
1. Run pumps no.1 and 2 , no.3 is standby pump ( Run 5 hr. )
2. Run pumps no.2 and 3 , no.1 is standby pump ( Run 5 hr. )
3. Run pumps no.3 and 1 , no.2 is standby pump ( Run 5 hr. )
4. When pump is overload system can change alternate pumps.
Example : Run no.1-2, 3 is Standby ( in time 5 hr.) but pump no.1 is overload, step change to Run no.2-3
Does any one have an example of logic or Flowchart control programs.
