odifing date and time of the SYSTEM (XP) from WinCC

Dear All,
Here by i was trying to modify the systems(XP) date and time by using VBS script
Dim mytime
mytime= # 10:30:00 PM #
Time=mytime
this above script works like a charm in vb 6.0 but in Wincc 7.0 its dumb.,,,,, can u just go through it.....

Kindly go through my query i am in need of the reply as early as possible
