Search GSD file to configure the Profibus network

I have a block valve FESTO, with code like this:
1. VIGA 03-FB-4 (18,656 L307) - 4 Digital Output
2. VIGA 03-FB-4 (18,656 L307) - 4 Digital Output
3. VIGE 03-FB-8 (18,655 L307) - 8 Digital Input
4. FB9-03 (18739 L307) - Profibus station
5. VIGM-03-4, 0 (18,652 L302) - 2 valve
6. VIGM-03-4, 0 (18,652 L302) - 2 valve
7. VIGM-03-4, 0 (18,652 L302) - 2 valve
8. VIGM-03-4, 0 (18,652 L302) - 2 valve
9. VIGM-03-4, 0 (18,652 L302) - 2 valve
10. VIGM-03-4, 0 (18,652 L302) - 2 valve
11. VIGM-03-4, 0 (18,652 L302) - 2 valve

The sorted order from left to right.
I configured the Profibus network to block FESTO valve but no corresponding GSD file, you do have this GSD file please help me! Thank you very much!!

Also, who's scanner are you using? I recently ran into a problem getting connected to a Festo Valve but it turned out to be the scanner.

I tried FB9-03 GSD file, however, it does not have the corresponding module such as module-type VIGM 03-4, or module 4DO Category: VIGA 03-FB-4. So, when I configure the Profibus network, the network fails. I tried many times, enough as a module in the GSD file FB9-03 but the results still failed. Please help me!

The system that I configured for the Profibus network block valve FESTO above, it is the system previously used Simatic S5, I upgraded the system to the Simatic S7. The configuration file for the FESTO valve S5 do not have!! Indeed is difficult!
