TD 200 not responde

hi
am biginner in plc programming. i have plc siemense s-7 200-cpu 222 and also i have TD200 .i need to display the reading of HSC ON THE TD200 also i need to edit the value of the HSC and Counter via the TD200.
iread TD200 manual but am not understanding how i can do that.please i need help

one good thing about the MicroWin software are the wizards in the Tools Window. You may also need to learn and consult the S7-200 Instructions Manual to learn about data manipulation (move, convert, etc.) and data memory structure of the PLC. I've attached a sample program for your reference.
