Oneshot in Intouch??

Im having a mental block on this one, how would i create a oneshot in an Intouch Script?, i want to use it to write my values to database using SQLInsert. Currently, i just have a discrete tag but it writes to the Database every scan of the Script???

do a condition script based on the discrete tag, but instead of using while true use on true, the script will only activate once.
