How to send sms with MD720-3?

Hi all,
I'm having problems sending any sms using the MD 720-3.
My hardware configuration is:
1. CPU 317F-2 PN/DP V2.6 (Siemens)
2. TSA-II-MODEM V1.1.3 (TS Adapter)
3. MD 720-3
I use the right Teleservice Software. The modem's initialization
's done but from there i have try near everything to send any kind of sms without having success.
