delta dvp sa real time clock

Hi All, anyone here that can help me to program this plc in terms of its real time clock?
i need to rotate three outputs on a weekly basis.
if i have to i'll use a normal timer but there must be an easy way since the plc does have a rtc.
i have downloaded the manuals and all but seems i am still two much of a novice.
