please help me how make g file as soon as possible .please please .

I have never set up a BSN, but perhaps this will help.

User Manual:

Configuration is in chapter 5.

Installation:

Presumably, you would set up your G file to match your rack settings for starting group and size. Normally, there are a maximum of 31 Input/Output words, as one each is used for Status/Control.
Both BSN Modules should have the same setup in them.

Well, I don't know how you have your system set up, and your ASB settings. If you have set up the first Rack as Logical Rack 0, your second rack is Logical Rack 1, your third rack as Logical Rack 2, and your last rack as Logical Rack 3. Based on the I/O you listed.

In your G File select Logical Rack 0, and make it a full rack with the drop down box. The same for Logical Rack 1. For Logical Rack 2 and 3, select them, and make them a 3/4 Rack.

I have never used 32 Point cards on a SLC500 or 1794 I/O. So, I am not sure of the I/O Data Addressing ramifications of this. You have a lot of 32 point cards, and Analog I/O. You will have to research the proper setup.

Perhaps someone with experience in this will jump in.

Good luck.
