Factory talk ME or SE ?

What is the difference in Factory talk ME opposed to SE ?
I want to program a single stand alone panel view plus 1000 (2711PCT10C4D1)

PanelView Plus terminals run FactoryTalk View ME runtime files.

FactoryTalk View Studio SE can edit both SE and ME projects.
FactoryTalk View Studio ME can edit ME projects only.
