are these two Mitsubishi models the same?

i need to know if these two models are EXACTLY the same:

fx2n-64mr-es/ul (u.s version i believe)

fx2n-64mr-001 (i believe this is the chinese version)

i want to reprogram a 001 to replicate an existing es/ul version i have to run a dry cleaning machine, but need to know if they are the same.
