CPU different types

Dear Experts
I have a new CPU 6ES7 313-6CF03-0AB0 . my program is built on CPU 6ES7 313 6CE00- 0AB0 . when I try to down load to the new CPU I got an error message . "cannot load system data "
If there is any solution to use the the new CPU instead of the old one .
I checked the memory of the old cpu it is 32 KB , while the new one is 64 KB .

Since the new CPU is from a substantially revised version, it does not accept the HW Config of the old CPU.

I recommend that you start with a new project. It is not so difficult.
First create a new project with the new CPU, including the HW Config of i/o modules.
Then copy all code blocks and the symbol table from the old to the new project.
