Panelview 1000 plus with Power over Ethernet(POE)

Hai Everybody ,

Can anybody confirm AB Panelview 1000 plus be powered up through Power Over Ethernet(POE).Instead of giving power through the 24 power supply can't we give the power over ethernet,the both power and ethernet data will pass trough that.

Not much chance. A PV+ draws up to 75 watts.

Definitely not. There are no Allen-Bradley products that support Power Over Ethernet.

As Alan pointed out, PoE is designed to provide a maximum of about 13 watts at 48VDC, while the PanelView only works at 24VDC and draws a lot more power.
