Hello everyone,

I have a customer that is looking for a cable to communicate to the RS232 port (port 1) on a GE 351 CPU

Anyone have the pinout? he sent me a picture and it looks like he has an HMI on the other port(s)

Also is this port a RJ45 ?

Thank you!!

If you want to look it up the cable part number is IC693CBL316, it is also used on the 'station manager' port of an Ethernet module.
It is one of the 4 cables needed to work with most any GEIP PLC, the other 3 are:
AS693232SNP, or IC690ACC901 - (one or the other) 15pin RS-485 to 9 pin RS-232
IC200CBL500 - RJ45 RS-232 to 9 pin RS-232
Standard Ethernet patch cable, or cross-over cable.
Put them all in a zip-lock bag and label it "GE" :)

Thanks Russ, I sent the link to my customer... I think he is going to make them
