yes we will need a driver for it....but what kind......any circuit you can tell me about?....how do i connect it to the plc?

There are many mfgs of servo drives, here is an example: http://www.ab.com/motion/servodrives/ultra1500.html

In its simplest form, the PLC can use digital and analog i/o to communicate with the drive. It depends on the drive selected.
