Analog sensor

Hi guys,

Can anyone give me an advice on what is the best sensor with analog output to measure the level of flowing water in a creek. I have a project which is to pump flood water from a reservoir out to the creek at a certain level.

You can use an ultrasonic sensor or a radar, first one is cheaper. In my case i use endress*Hauser and emerson.
