I'm trying sending SMS via ControlLogix L63 processor and wavecom fastrack supreme 10 modem via ASCII instructions. But I'm doing something wrong and I can't figure out what is it. So I'm looking for few more opinions about this.
Fist Cable:
9pin PLC side | 15 pin FT Supreme
3 (Tx) -------------> 6 (Rx)
2 (Rx) <------------- 2 (Tx)
5 (GND) ------------ 9 (GND)
Application code
I've found a sample code here and on Rockwell knowledge base site and from controller side everything seems to be correct. Using AT+GMGS command to send message to mobile phone. I've test it first via Hyper Terminal so I know the modem is working correctly.
Note: When I connect FT modem and Logix Processor with cable RS232 LED is turned off. Even when AWT instruction set DN bit.
