Siemens SFC13 and CPU problem

Hi folks,

Was wondering if someone could clarify something for me.

I have a 315 CPU (315-1AF00-0AB0.. an oldie) and am trying to use SFC13 in the program I have. Unfortunelty I cant seem to download it.

When i went online straight to the CPU I can see various SFC's but not SFC13. Do you think the age of the CPU is the problem?

No DP connection for this CPU hence no SFC13

And SFC:s and SFB:s are operating system functions, so you cant download them. They need to be in your CPU you are trying to use them.

ah right. That explains it. Will try and use SFC51 instead.
