OT I/P Convertor needed

I have been tasked with finding a "cheap" I/P convertor. Needs to be 4-20mA with 3-15 PSI output. This will be controlling an existing steam valve. Typically when we buy control valves for water or steam they already have the I/P built in. This is for a valve the customer already has installed. I searched in Google and found one made by ABB mounted in a plastic enclosure. This looks like what we need but I have no idea yet what the cost would be. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

We use Moore IPH2 I/P. They run about $350 if I remember. This generation have been running continuously (24x7x365 operation) for nearly 4 years. They have metal encloseures so probably don't fall under the cheap category, but I suppose it depends how long you want them to last (I'm hoping for over 8 years (some are still going after 12 years) like the last generation ones lasted).

I think I've used the IP211 with good success. (I was happy with the performance, I think it was the ip211, but it's been a while.)

The Omega listed as "General Purpose" looks like the Bellofram (Marsh-Bellofram). That should be a pretty good unit.
