B&R reboot

Does anyone know how to reboot a B&R plc.
The info I have been given is rather scetchy.But this is what I have.
The battery was removed and the power switched off.It appears the plc will not boot up.
I have been given a couple of model numbers.
PLC MDCP 41-01
ECPP40-01.
It appears there is eeproms in the cpu but not known how to reboot from them.
Any ideas out there boys ???

if you have PVI Transer program or B&R Automation Studio then you can make
Cold or Warm restart from that tools.

Hello,
this modules seem to be the really old ones. was this working with PVI ? I guess PVI can not connect to CP41.

Was there not small buttons to press (hidden in a small hole) to make a reset ?
