Factory Talk View ME PV+700

I have just inherited a piece of equipment with a PV+700 running FTVME but I have no other software with it. Will I have to purchase software to be able to alter applications on this equipment?

Purchase FT VIEW 5.00 CPR9 VERSION and approprite developing licence fron rockwell automation..

No need to worry on behind it,you just call rockwell guy n ask for FT VIEW STUDIO 5.00 CPR 9.00 PACKAGE WITH DEVELOING LICENCE.....

There are two options for FactoryTalk View Studio:

1. FactoryTalk View Studio for Machine Edition: 9701-VWSTENE List Price $750
This package is for PanelView Plus (ME) applications only and will not support Enterprise (SE) applications.


2. FactoryTalk View Studio for FactoryTalk View Enterprise: 9701-VWSTENE List Price $2,360
This package will support both ME and SE applications.


If all you need to do is edit PanelView Plus applications, FTView for ME is all you need. It would be difficult to justify the additional cost of FTView Studio for Enterprise if you weren't going to be working with SE.
