how can i communicate cpu943 and TP270 via cp5431?

Hi everybody,
I want communicate cpu943 and tp270 via cp5431. But i couldn't achive. Is there anyone experted about this issue?
That i made:
*configured cp card by Sinec NCM.
*added FB158, 159 and 249 into appl. program, and called this FB's.
