Eaton D500 PLC

I need to convert a D500 program to a AB PLC2. Thats right I need the abuse...
I know a little about PLC2 but not much about a Eaton D500. The program seems straight forward. Where in the world wide web could I get any info on this Eaton D500.

Try www.cutlerhammer.com and search around a little. You could also try your local Cutler Hammer PLC supplier. Also, some of the Cutler Hammer PLCs are made and brand labeled by Toyota - try your local distributor for them as well.

The Cutler Hammer catalogs shows that this is a discontinued product, and hasn't been supported since 1994. You may have your work cut out for you.

You're right, you must love abuse! Why would you convert from one obselete model to another obselete model?

I don't think any of the D500 manuals ever made it to electronic format. Your best bet would be to try to contact a Cutler-Hammer distributor or a local Eaton/Cutler-Hammer sales office. You might also try ebay. Lots of obselete stuff pops up there. There are also several companies that specialize in spare parts and repair of vintage equipment. "On the cutting edge of obselete technology". Here are a couple that I'm familiar with:

Steve, the only reason I want to do this is for money . The customer has this brand new in the box PLC2 and wants to give us a bunch of money to convert from one obsolete controller to another obsolete controller. So I told him it would be my big pleasure to take his bunch of money. Thanks for asking.
