Viewpoint Not working

I am trying to make my Panelview Plus available to my Mechanics and others alos.
I have Factory Talk ME Ver. 5.10
I upgraded my internal memory to 128MB
Updated my Firmware to 5.10

Everything downloads fine to the Terminl but
when i attempt to bring it up in Internet Explorer
i get web page can not be shown

There is a good Chapter 3 in the FactoryTalk ViewPoint "Getting Started" manual that describes the basics of setting up a FTViewPoint ME application.

Did you use the ViewPoint Administration feature to set up your displays for "Publish to Web" ?

Remember also that you need to point your web browser specifically to the FTViewPoint directory on the PV+ webserver: "http://TerminalName/FTVP".

Found my problem
when i did the firmware upgrade i didnt select to
include the viewpoint upgrade
