WinCC database (SQL SERVER) conflict with Wonderware database(SQL SERVER)

Hi all,
I have installed both WinCC and Wonderware in my system and its respective database with it. but i am facing some problem in opening a project or creating a project in WinCC. error which is generated is "idispatch erro #3149".
Can anybody help me in this respect.
