WinCC V7 user administration in runtime

Does anyone know how to do user administration in runtime in WinCC v7?

I'm used to work with WinCC flex and there you have an easy to use control, not so in WinCC v7.

I have created a couple users and rights, works fine, just can't edit them from the runtime, wich would be really nice.
