Automax (Reliance) PLC access problem

Hi, we are using Automax PLC,

We have a problem for access to PLC Task.We can see every variable in PLC Task but
PLC stopped all rungs, when we want to access to PC Task.

processor(Automax 6010 processor) gives error code :
Multibus access violation or bus error..
i need help.

We are using RS-232 cable for communication to the PLC. its always plugged on our computer for 7-8 years.
