We have a juice batch system that uses a Unitronic V350-35-R2 PLC.
The touch was damaged and I replaced with a new V350 same part number.
I uploaded the code from the old V350 and I downloaded into the new V350

The system supposes to count pulses to a preset scaled value. But the system does not count.
The programmer put a password to the code so we can not see the code.
Questions:
Is there a way to view/edit this code?
I am very familiar with Rslogix AB programming, but I am not familiar with Unitronic addressing and coding.
Anyone have a PLC code for a batching system?
Thank you very much for your feedback.

The first thing that I would check is that the inputs are setup for digital inputs and that you are using a high-speed input, if required. I would also check the dip switch settings to make sure that the digital inputs are setup to PNP or NPN, as your application requires.

Here is the path to the installation manual for this device.
