We currently use an ABB Procontic CS3107KT93 and we've run into an issue.
We don't have a printout of the logic and we don't have an electronic copy of it either.
If I'm not mistaken you have to have a copy of the program on your laptop in order for the software to connect to the processor so you can even upload it.
My fear is we'll loose this unit some day and won't be able to install a replacement since we don't have a copy of the program.
Can anyone tell me if this is true and if so is there a way to upload the program somehow.
If there is no option I'll end up changing the unit out and reprogramming.
