Thanks for your help ivo. I think i can start my project now. But one thing i want to know more is about the files "S5TD01ST.S5D" for CPU103. Is this file is just a sample project or it is required by the S5 PLC in order to communicate with the OP7?...The project i am going to do is already having an existing program, and some address might get conflict if i will load all this file to the PLC. Is anyone can explain how this file can be usefull to my project. Please help.

It seems to be a standard-FB to make communication between the OP en cpu possible:

The S5D program contains the "Standard" FB's required for communications.
The standard FB's are for communication between the S5 CPU and the OP.
The FB's can be renumbered if the FB numbers are already in use!
You will also need to create some DB,s for the FB,s to use.
