Magelis XBT 023110 application Fatal error 1501

We are using Telemecanique PLC combined with Magelis HMI (XBT 023110) with XBT MEM 08 memory card on it.

Recently the display (Magelis) has started showing "Application Fatal erro -1501" but PLC is still functioning.

What is the remdy for this problem...? i am suspecting the Memory card.

Has anybody faced this error before?

Since these parts are very old, does anybody know the source/suppliers for these?
