RSLogix 5000 error: Module Fault (Code 16#0301)

Hi All,
I'm getting the following error on the 1794-OB16P/A module:
Module Fault (Code 16#0301) Connection Request Error: Out of buffer memory.
Would anyone please tell me how to solve this fault? FYI. my setup consists of:
* A 1794-L34 with a 1788-CNC/A daughter card.
* Twelve nodes each consists of one 1794-ACN15/C, one 1794-IB16/A, two 1794-OB16P/A, and two 1749-IF2XOF2I/A.

Also, the problem went away if I cut down the number of nodes to eight.

I think this application is too big for the FlexLogix.

The 1788-CNC module and the 1788-ENBT modules support 32 CIP Connections maximum.

One Rack Optimized connection and two Analog module connections x 12 = 36 connections required.

I don't know if the FlexLogix could even handle this I/O with two 1788-CNC modules; the 32 connection limit is a maximum, and in my experience with medium RPI rates (10-20 ms) the -CNC module runs out of horsepower at about 10 scheduled connections.

I would recommend using ControlLogix as the controller for this system. The 1756-CNB supports 64 connections (40 to 48 in practice) and the 1756-CN2 supports 128 connections (and can run all the way to the maximum).
