MSG Instruction "size in elements"

HI to all. In the MSG instructing RsLogix 500 SLC 5/05 processor. Size in elements means the number of elements to be transfer. Per say that I want to transfer 3 elements “Data table address:” N20:10 what will the following two integer addresses be??
N20:20?
N20:30?
Please help me figure this out
