I´m looking for info about the RLG:AA function block at SIEMENS SIMATIC S5. It´s a block used to output an analog value in an output card. My PLC always goes on STOP when I use a negative value at the parameter OGR or UGR. It can goes on STOP after 10 minutes or ten hours. It´s randomic. Have you ever experienced this ? Do anyone has this FB opened ?

Marconi,

one of the parameters determines if the used output card is an unipolar (only positive values) or a bipolar (both positive and negative values) card. Check this parameter out, it's probably set to the wrong value.

Kind regards,

It seems hardly for me that a programing error causes such a stop state randomly. Check inrerrupt stack at the point of the stop condition.
