I have been looking for a manual for RSlink OEM version. Is there a link around so I can look for connecting a PLC to PC and using OPC to gather data into Excel.

Excel can use DDE easily. OPC Not so much, as it doesn't have a built in client. For DDE, see the RSLinx online help (Help Menu), topic:
