Looking for an online calculator for scaling 2 engineering units....

Hey guys

I'm looking for a online calculator/chart generator that will allow me to insert high and low values
for variable "A" and high and low values for variable "B" and then tell me what "B" will be for any given point of "A".

Clear as mud?

Ive searched for way longer than any inpatient person should

I have a few scenarios I want to test and I've looked before with no luck.
I know of plenty of sites that will convert known units (ft, psi, lbs...)
but I couldn't find any that would allow me to set up my own scaling...

Put this into an Excel spreadsheet.
Similar to ABs SCP (scale with parameters)

Rate = (OutputMax - OutputMin) / (InputMax - InputMin)
Offset = OutputMin - (InputMin * Rate)
OUTPUT = (INPUT * Rate) + Offset
