Wincc/Web navigator Problem

Dear All,

We have tried to open Webnavigator in Windows VIsta Version and Windows 7 Professional version laptops in that while installing
Wincc Advance Process Control and Wincc Basic Process Control, we are getting Install_Need_Admin Error message.

still if we are install this packages by saving file from other computers then Web Client doesn't getting Web Server and my internet explorer doesn't responding for a long time.

I have one more question how can we publish our screen over internet i.e. How can I access my wincc(Web Navigator Client) with out accessing my Web server PC.
