PV1000 to PV+ 1000

When converting a panelview 1000 to a panelview plus 1000 I have been recieving errors in the alarms.

It seems that the alarms will only trigger once to the panelview and when acknowledged then they wont trigger again.

The program worked fine on a normal panelview and I have just hooked up a PV1000 in our lab to double check. I don't have a PV+ 1000 with me to check what is going on at the moment.

Is there a difference PV and PV+ in how they use the alarms and alarm trigger/acknowledges?

Also, is there some sort of emulator or anything for the panelview plus that I can use while I wait to find an extra laying around?

There is a test application, that is pretty much a simulation mode that connects directly to the PLC (if you are using Ethernet that is..)

Going to get a slc 5/05 tomorrow and test it out.
