we have lenze dc controler 4808

operating voltage 440 v
we were testing the mashine and have only 77 hours work on it
for some reason last time we try to start the mashine (plastic extruder with dc motor 111 kw) it did not start
on display it reads CO65 LU
undervoltage
the voltage is fine , we read 440 on each phase, so please let me know can you help or recomend any body in houston area for fixing the problem.
