Velcro One-wrap. I found these at http://www.lowes.com/. Office Max also carries them, http://www.officemax.com/office-sup...esives-_-Tape&ci_src=14110944&ci_sku=20822371, and I'm sure many others do as well.

Anyway, besides tying up all manner of power cords I've also found them useful for: temporarily bundling wires, temporarily holding wires/thingamajigs out of your way and holding things in place so you can work (3rd hand). And, since Velcro sticks to itself, they're easily configured in series for greater length or, parallel, for more strength.

I's sure there are other uses, I just haven't found them yet.

It's nice too that they weigh almost nothing and you can get them for about .10 per.

I still prefer duct tape, just leave it behind, or toss it when done.
I know, I never was the PC type, and at times go out-of-my-way to let it show. ;-)

That's another nice thing about the Velcro, there's no sticky residue left when it's removed. They're also easier to remove than tape. Tape does have its purposes tho'.
