Profibus Communication card

Hi all

I have a profibus communication for one of my PC station. The card # C79040-A7520-C386-03-85. Can i get some additional information about the card and can i replace the card with one of the CP 3XXX or CP 5XXX card. The PC is operating system is Win 2000.
