I have a SIMATIC S5 115U CPU 944 and the software but I can not get the cable (6ES5734-1BD20)
Could yo help me having wiring diagram?

This cable for S5 is actually a RS-232C to current loop (TTY)converter, and requires an active circuit in order to reproduce it, not simply a pinout chart.
We have used naing's S5_SPS circuit a few years ago for a quick and dirty project, and it worked. You can download it from MrPLC.com:

On the other hand, my brother got the cable 6ES5734-1BD20 from a warehouse.
The Controller is SIMATIC S5 115U CPU 944 with 2 serial port

This cable is 15PIN to 25PIN and I would like to know if I can
1. connect directly to the printer port? or
2. get an adapter from 25PIN to serial port?

I will appreciate your answers

Yes, you can do that.
We used a DB25 to DB9 converter often when using this cable with a Com port.
And thank your brother profusively, he has saved you a great deal of trouble.
