s7-300 cpu 314c-2dp

Hey guys! i'm knew with programable logic controllers, i am using a s7-300 and i have some doubts.... did someone had experience with this controller? I would like a nicest manual system's because the ones of the siemenssupport webpage are very confusing... i would like to know the addressing like for example to turn on a led i use q0.0 like s7-200 or a.124.0?? i'm reading the manuals and didn't understand this, the addressing. please anyone help!
