1770-KF2 not visible on DH+ Network

Hi,
I have a 1770-KF2 module daisy-chained to an SLC 5/04 PLC (Node 1) and two PanelView HMIs (Node 3 & 4).
However the KF2 module (Node 2) is not visible on the network using RL Linx or RS Logix. The relevant switch settings on the KF2 module are configured for DH+ as follows:
SW2/SW3/SW4: set for Node 2
SW5: set for 57600
SW7: Set for DH+

The KF2 module is linked into the DH+ network at the PLC.
The DH+ cable has been tested and is good, power is on to the KF2 module and all connections are secure.
Is there anything I am missing?
My next step will be to try and replace the KF2 module.
Can anybody suggest another alternative.

As it turned out the 15 pin connection set up was incorrect.
DH+ cable had been connected to pins 9, 10 & 11, instead of 6, 7 & 8.
When changed to the correct pins, the KF2 was visible.
