Omron NS HMI used as a passthrough

I have a little project involving a pair of NS10 HMI's linked to a pair of CJ2 PLC's via ethernet. In addition I will have a CQM1H PLC hooked to Serial Poet A on each NS10. I have a pair of Mitsubishi FX series PLC's which I need data passed to the CJ2 PLC's. These are located in close proximity to the NS HMI's. My question is can I use the NS HMI's as passthrough devices using the second NS serial port?

From the 'Common Setting' tab, follow the 'Device Data Transfer Setting' option.
This is a 'fairly' recent addition if I remember correctly, so your screens may need their firmware updating to 8.2, and the NS projects converting accordingly. Instruction to updgrade screen is installed with CX-Designer, and converting a project is straightforward from within CX-Designer.

I'll have to check into upgrading my CX-Designer. The highest version of firmware shown in the listing is 8.0 for CX-Designer Ver.3.001. Thanks for the heads up.
