Micrologix 1100 dialout capability

I have an AB micrologix 1100 that I am using for remote monitoring of temperature. I want to be able to program it so it can dialout over telephone to my cell if I hit a temperature alarm. I would like to know the programming steps and what hardware I may need. Currently have the 9300 RADES ethernet modem.

Try using the search function up there ^^. This question gets asked alot.
