s7-200 clock memory and timer

Hi

I need clock memory in s7-200 plc.
I found SM0.4 30 s off / 30 s on and SM0.5 0.5 s off / 0.5 s on
but they're not good because I need 1s off 1s on.
Can I do it without using timer ?

There is a timer in S7-300 plc, named S_PEXT. I need same timer in s7200. What can I do? Should I use an extra on delay timer for it?
