S5 CPU problem need help please

hello every body
this is first question for me
i have a S5 cpu 115H cpu 942H
it was old and but working, i use it to replace a faulty CPU
but there is a problem, after transfer the programe to it
FB from 240 to 253 is not ablt to be downloaded and also it is not in PLC CPU PROM
please for your advise

These blocks are paty of the CPU's operating system - written in machine code so they "run" faster.
Do not worry about them - is there still a problem with your PLC? if so post details from te I & B Stack

yes still there is a problem
cpu is always in stop mode and i cannot run it because these fb is not in PLC

List what you have done so far - step by step.
Also post a copy of the B Stack.

The FB's are part of the CPU operating system so you do not need to reload them.

Also from your IStack -

STOZUS "STOP" state (external request for example via the programmer)
NEUSTA PC in Cold Restart
ASPNRA Memory submodule is a RAM
NINEU Cold Restart not possible

iknow that it is not possible to download these FB
but the problem that these FB is not available in CPU now what can i do
what i tried before
overall reset ......not accepted
down load program ........ accepted but these FB is not

for your advise can i get FB again to CPU

Are you perhaps using a CPU942H to replace a CPU 943 and using the program for a higher CPU than the 942.
moggie is right you don't need to load

FB from 240 to 253

Post your program or do an overall reset.
Does the CPU have comms modules ? Give us more info and I am sure we will be able to help you.

You do not need to do anything with the FB's they are part of the CPU operating system.
What was your original CPU and system?
Post details of what you have done so far - step by step
Saying that you carried out overall reset and downloaded the blocks is not enough.

Is your system a 115H system with two cpu's?
If so then both cpu's must be of the same version and the programs in both have to be identical.

Read section 6 of the manual (download from the link I posted) concerning system start up.

good morning every body and thanks for your interest
this system is redundant system having same CPU 115H CPU942 and having communication cards to Fire system
and i replaced a faulty CPU by same type shown above but it is not able to go run mode evenif i tried to connect to PG and try to start from it giving message that there is a problem as in ISTACK copy attached before

Read setion 6 in the manual.
1. Install the new cpu.
2. start master cpu first followed by slave cpu
the manual gives you full step by step instructions - please follow them.
Note:
The same model cpu is not enough it has to be the same version number.

but for me this is first time to work with S5 so what you mean by version and how i know it

Check the 6ES5 number - different versions/releases had slightly different 6ES5 numbers.

If this is your first time with S5 you need to be careful.

i checked version ........ same
try all steps in manual .........done
but still CPU is ST
the BIG problem is that FB240-253 is not available in CPU PROM i tried it by comparing blocks between PG and CPU found these not available in CPU
i compared same PG with the working CPU and it is not saying that these FB is not available
so for me the problem now is these FB is not in CPU PROM
for your opinion how i can solve this ?
