Flashing Light Logic.

AB SLC 5/04 & Logix 5000

Can someone provide the logic to help me get a stack light flashing? When I get to "Low Materials" I want the amber light to flash and the horn to sound every 10 seconds.

I would also like to have the message display on the HMI every 10 seconds. The machine will be in AutoRun and in the event the operator cannot hear the horn or the lamp burns out, the message will still display.

What have you tried so far?

Use the real time clock.
Use a timer.
Search this site.

Logix Pro is NOT free anywhere, if you are in business, purchase it.

It comes pre packaged with many plc training text books like you would use for a class at a local tech school otherwise purchase from the koldwater website.

Well thats where your going wrong.

SLC 500 range use's RSLogix 500.
RSLogix 5000 is for the Control/Compact Logix range.
