help with omron CQM1 , CS/CJ cable

hello,I have a customer ask me:

he want a FS-CN226,FX-CIF02,but he didn't have RS232/USB interface to connect PC instead of Touch screen That PIN assign,but all I have is rs232/USB cable,so how can he do to connect PC and can I do the cable with pin interface myself?

If can,how to do?
